ListUsageRecords

Gets all usage records for specified date range

**Requires Authentication**
Requires any of the roles:	SystemAdministrator, Manager, CallCenterDashboard

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/billing/usage

**ListUsageRecords** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
AccountId	query	string	No	The account ID you are listing for
StartDate	query	string	No	The start date to retrieve usage records for (YYYY-MM-DD)
EndDate	query	string	No	The end date to retrieve usage records for (YYYY-MM-DD)

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
