ProvisionCogito

Ensures that a SIP trunk is provisioned for Cogito and that a corresponding outbound SIP trunk is also created on the LiveKit side

**Requires Authentication**
Requires any of the roles:	SystemAdministrator, Manager, Customer

The following routes are available for this service:
